- accommodation in a spacious and comfortable apartment,
- unlimited access to the indoor pool with jacuzzi (open year-round),
- access to the outdoor pool during the summer season (July–August),
- unlimited relaxation in the dry sauna,
- possibility to use the mini fitness room on the premises,
- children’s playroom available year-round,
- game room with PlayStation and Xbox consoles,
- fast, wireless Internet available throughout the facility,
- carefully prepared apartment for the duration of the stay,
- a set of fresh towels.
Additional conditions for the flexible offer:
- changing the date of an existing reservation is possible if reported:
- at least 14 days before the planned arrival during the high season (holidays, winter break, holidays, long weekends),
- at least 7 days before the planned arrival during the mid-season,
- at least 4 days before the arrival during the low season,
- in case of a date change, additional costs may be charged resulting from price differences for the new date,
- the price of the stay is not subject to reduction due to promotions that may appear later.

Private parking in a closed and monitored area of the property for an additional fee:
- April to September - by reservation 35 zł /day (on site 40 zł /day)
- from October to March - by reservation PLN 30 per day (PLN 35 per day on the spot)
Children
Children under 2 years of age stay free of charge if they sleep on their parents' bed. Renting a baby crib is a cost of 40 zl per night. On request we provide free of charge, bottle warmer, bath tub and other baby accessories.
Children from 3 to 12 years of age sleep on an extra bed and receive a discount on the price of an extra bed.
Children aged 13 and over are counted as full pay.
Animals
Pets are accepted after prior consultation with the reception. Surcharge applies: small and medium dog (up to 30 kg) - 50 PLN/day, large dog (over 30 kg) - 80 PLN/day.
